'Chicken' Sweet Chilli Wrap
This year, I have been embracing and trying the new and exciting meat alternatives gracing our shop shelves. One of my absolute favourites so far is the Quorn Chipotle Goujons. They're so tasty and low in fat. This sounds like an AD, and it honestly isn't. I wish it was, then id be paid for kissing Quorns meat free arse. They're just super tasty.

6 Quorn goujons
2tbs Vegan Mayonaise
1tbs Sweet Chilli Sauce
M E T H O D
- Start by preheating the oven to 180c, then bake the boutons until golden and crisp (around 25-30 minutes)
- Grab your wrap.
- Shred the lettuce, slice the cucumber and the avocado and lay out on the wrap.
- Add the mayonnaise and sweet chilli into a small bowl and mix.
- Add the hot goujons, then drizzle with the sauce.
- Wrap it up and ENJOY!
