I'm loving sprinkling Christmas spirit onto some classics. So here is my take on a festive tiramisu, using Christmas pudding alcohol.

I N G R E D I E N T S
- 15 Sponge Fingers
- 200g Mascarpone
- 50ml Cream
- 50g Icing Sugar
- 2 Shots of Coffee
- 2 Shots of Christmas Alcohol or Baileys
- 1tsp Cocoa Powder
M E T H O D
- Lay the sponge fingers out on a plate and pour over the coffee and alcohol, allow to soak for 5 minutes
- Whilst the sponge fingers soften, make the creamy layer by whipping together the mascarpone, icing sugar and cream
- Grab your glasses or jars and start with a layer of the sponge fingers, the top with some cream and repeat until you have three layers of each
- dust with cocoa powder and allow to set in the fridge for at least 4 hours, ideally overnight
