Date and Almond Granola

Granola is a deliciously crunchy and moreish breakfast and its so easy and often cheap to make at home. I make this date and almond granola from start to finish in 25 minutes.


Also, when making your own, you can add any fruits, nuts and seeds that you like. Super adaptable and always delectable.


4 Servings

<5 Minutes Preparation

15-20 Minutes Baking Time




I N G R E D I E N T S

2 Cups Oats

1/2 Cup Date Molasses

Small drizzle of Maple Syrup

1/2 Cup Almonds (Crushed)

1/4 Cup Olive Oil

2tbs Almond Butter




M E T H O D

- Preheat the oven to 180c

- Then start by adding your oats to a large bowl.

- Add the almonds and mix

- Next, add the date molasses, olive oil and almond butter. Mix until well combined. If its looking a little dry at this point, then add enough maple syrup to bind it all together.

- Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes.

- Serve and devour!
