Fig and Blueberry Breakfast Yogurt

Its fig season! The delicious and beautiful soft fruits are here and ready to be eaten. This simple yogurt breakfast is a healthy and delicious way to start your day. The addition of chia seeds make it filling too.

Serves 1

Preparation Time - 2 Minutes


Handful Blueberries

1 Fig

3tbs Natural Yogurt

1tbs Chia Seeds

1tsp Honey


- Slice the fig

- Add the yogurt to a bowl and top with the blueberries and fig.

- Sprinkle on the chia seeds and drizzle on the honey.

- Its as simple as that, ENJOY!
