Healthy PB Choc Banana Muffins

Were stuck in isolation with brown bananas and craving a sweet treat and these muffins were PERFECT!


Makes 9 Muffins

<5 Minutes Preparation

15-20 Minutes Cooking



I N G R E D I E N T S

2 Eggs

2 Medium Bananas

2tbs Peanut Butter

2tbs Unrefined Sugar

4tbs Date Syrup

4tbs Wholemeal Flour

4tbs Cocoa Powder

1tsp Baking Powder



M E T H O D

- Preheat the oven to 180c

- In a bowl, add the bananas and mush.

- Then crack in the eggs, one at a time and whisk

- Next, add the syrup, peanut butter and sugar.

- Now, add the flour, cocoa powder and baking powder and whisk until well combined.

- Scoop into a greased muffin tray (you can add extra pb to the tops if you like, we did and it made them even more delicious, or add chocolate chips into the batter before baking too!) and bake for 18/20 minutes.

- Serve and ENJOY!
