Oat Pancakes
These oat pancakes are a little alternative to the traditional flour and equally satisfying. Don't worry though. Oat flour isn't some posh new ingredient on our shelves, its simply blitzed oats. So all you need is oats and a blender.

INGREDIENTS
Pancakes
1 Egg
60ml Milk
1tbs Olive Oil
80g Oat Flour (Blitzed Oats)
1tbs Caster Sugar
1/2tsp Baking Powder
Pinch of Salt
Toppings
1tbs Summer Berry Compote
Maple Syrup
Squirty Cream
Fresh Berries
METHOD
- In a bowl, add the oat flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
- Now, whisk in the oil and milk, then add the milk. Whisk until it all comes together in a batter.
- Heat a frying pan over a medium heat. Add a little butter each time or spray oil.
- Add 1/5 of the batter to the pan and cook until bubbles form on the top. Flip and cook for a further minute.
- Serve and TOP!
