2tbs Belazu Rose Harissa Pesto
1tbs Olive Oil
1tbs Cottage Cheese
2tbs Pickled Red Cabbage
- Preheat the oven to 180c.
- Cut the cauliflower into florets and place into a bowl or directly onto a baking tray. Add the pesto and oil and coat all of the cauliflower pieces.
- Add the cauliflower to the oven and roast for half an hour.
- Once roasted add to a bowl with the rest of the ingredients and enjoy!
