Satay Chicken Tenders
Love peanut butter? Love chicken? Love Chinese and Thai? Then you'll love these satay chicken strips. Super easy and super tasty!

INGREDIENTS
400g Chicken Strips or Breasts sliced into strips
MARINADE
1 tbs Honey
1tbs Soy Sauce
1tsp Fish Sauce
1tsp Sriracha (hot sauce)
1tsp Ginger (crushed)
1tsp Garlic (crushed)
DIPPING SAUCE
3tbs Peanut Butter
1tbs Honey
1tbs Soy Sauce
1tsp Fish Sauce
1tsp Sriracha (hot sauce)
1tsp Ginger (crushed)
1tsp Garlic (crushed)
1tbs Coriander/Cilantro
4/5tbs Water (to loosen the mixture)
1/2 Lime (juice)
METHOD
- Combine the marinade ingredients and place the strips of chicken in the bowl. Leave to marinate for at least 2 hours.
- Preheat the grill.
- Combine the dipping sauce ingredients and set to one side
- Place your chicken strips onto skewers (if using wooden, make sure you have soaked them in water to prevent them from burning)
- Then place the chicken under the grill for 3/4 minutes each side.
- Serve with the sauce and ENJOY!
